Tahini Sauce

Benefits & Notes:  Tahini is a fatty sauce you can add freely in the challenge.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of raw tahini aka “sesame seed paste”
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 glass of clean water
  • (to taste) 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lime or ½ lemon
Directions
  1. Mix the 2 tablespoons of raw tahini with 1 glass of clean water.
  2. After a short
    mixing, add the lemon and a pinch of salt, pepper, and paprika. And minced garlic (to taste).
  3. Mix the whole thing QUICKLY until you reach a uniform mixture.
  4. Store sealed in the fridge, eat within 3 days.
