“If I can’t do this, then I can’t do anything for my body”. That’s what I tell myself when my brain resist the idea of  supplements today.

#2- The Power of A Protocol

Following a supplement “protocol” is giving your body the right supplements, in the right amounts, and at the right time.

There’s the exact amount of oil you need to put in your car. Any technician will tell you reducing the dose of oil will hurt the function of the engine.

Why is it different from your body?

Reducing the dose will hurt the repair.

Period. I’ve seen this again and again.

We have a common belief in our society “everything in moderation”. What is “moderation”? Does it come with explanation?

Nobody tells us.

Do you know who tells us? Science. We have a hundred years of metabolic science that researched the human body.  And it tells us the exact help that our body needs.

There’s nothing “moderate” about changing the dose away from the optimal one.

Either up or down.

2. We store the fish oil always in the fridge and close the lid immediately after using it.

3. Upon waking: take 2 capsules of our recommended magnesium supplement with 2-3 glasses of clean water

4. Twice a day with food: Take two tablets of chosen multivitamin and 1 teaspoon of chosen fish oil.
