Shopping List & Recipes

For memory, let’s repeat the simple rules from yesterday:

1. We avoid sugar in all its forms and grains in all their forms.

2. We drink clean water drinks throughout the day.

3. We take supplements three times a day as directed.

4. We stick to a simple food list, including “eat freely” and restricted foods.

5. When hungry, we eat freely repair fats and repair carbs. We can eat up to three portions of repair protein a day.

The Shopping List

To repair sugar damage, we need to avoid purchasing foods with hidden sugars. These sugars hurt the repair and sabotage your body’s activities.

The shopping list, which you have in the members area, will help exactly with that.

And the shopping list includes all foods we eat in the challenge according to sections in the supermarket. It will make an easy shopping!

Approved Special Foods

As a bonus, in the shopping list, you’ll find special products I approve for the challenge.

These products will give you more variety. Most supermarkets do not sell these products, they are available online. Healthy sauces, bread, pasta, to make it easier for you to succeed in the challenge.

The challenge is a great time to challenge yourself with healthy foods you don’t normally… they will help you succeed in the challenge and you may end up loving them!

Of course, all those foods are just options for variety and not mandatory. The rules are what’s important.

Recipes

To give you variety of taste and avoid boredom, there are tasty recipes in the members area. These recipes are what my clients and I loved from our challenges.

You can find the recipes section on the top of the menu. I promise to add more with time.

It’s helpful to scan the recipes this week, before the challenge. You already want to imagine which ones you want to eat, and taste during the challenge. It’s fun! It’s also good to see which ingredients to buy.

In fact, if you want (not mandatory), you can try a recipe this week! Repeat during the challenge.

Daily Tasks

1. Shopping list. Create easy access to a shopping list. Save the direct link on your phone. Or download the PDF. When you go shopping next, it’ll be easy to pull off.

2. Recipes. Browse through the recipes to see something you would like to try and taste during the challenge. If you don’t have the ingredients, put into your shopping list.


When we start next week, you want to have a few recipes you intend to try. And buy the ingredients so it’s ready to prepare.
