This is the last day of the challenge (don’t stop following the rules just yet 😁)
Your mind probably going to “what next?”
But first, you’ve done an amazing thing for your body, and you have a “residual” investment you may want to keep:
Positive healthy habits.
Keep What You Have
You’ve done a huge thing for your body. You will appreciate it more in the weeks to come. Your body will feel different. And you also gained some precious habits.
If you found a few habits that make sense to you or merged into your lifestyle, don’t easily let them go.
To maintain a habit required much less effort. It’s like driving a car and pressing lightly the gas paddle when you’re already on 70 miles per hour.
There was an investment of energy you put in before that keeps you driving faster now. Pressing the brake is letting the habit go (stopping it, changing back to old habits) for no conscious decision. But a moment of impulse that seems not important, but it does.
Don’t press the brake, for no conscious reason. The danger is letting those habits go just because of an impulse.
Examples
Drinking clean water in the morning may fit perfectly your lifestyle, keep doing it.
Or drinking coffee without sugar and or with minimal milk.
Maybe the sauces you tried fit into your lifestyle, and you see yourself not putting back sweet sauces into your salads.
If you want to continue supplements, continue to take them until you empty the box.
(In the next levels, I suggest which supplements to take next.)
Most importantly, if avoiding sweet drinks worked for you, don’t easily let this habit go.
And with time, those habits become your character. You become a person who doesn’t drink sweet drinks. Your friend and family begin to recognize you as such. It’s who you are.
But now, just protect what you have. It’s up to you to decide which habits you see yourself go with.
Continue to The Next Level
I watched an interview with Jorgan Klopp, one of the top managers in European football, about the difference between players who fulfill their potential and those who are wasted potential in football.
He said the successful players always looking to get to the next level.
Since you already know a healthy lifestyle is like a game, I suggest the same:
Always look to go to the next level.

Quest is from the “gaming” world. This is exactly what we’re doing: moving to the next level of the game of a healthy lifestyle.
In this quest, you will:
– Learn to add sweetness with minimal or no-sugar damage for a healthy body.
– Experience different habits for designing a healthy long-term lifestyle. So that after 30 days they know what suits you. And you could build long-term habits around that ideal lifestyle.
– Continue with the momentum of a healthy body of the GNS challenge. We’ll touch on things such as sleep, exercise, etc.
#3: The Youth Club or Youth Preservation Program
In my opinion, youth is our most precious gift. Youth gives you time, vitality, and excellent health.
This is a small group or a program, where we focus on applying youth preservation strategies to your lifestyle.
You’ll learn the innovative technology for keeping your body younger for longer.
Here’s I’ll update you on what is the newest and best, and what I do in my lifestyle. You’ll get step by step what to do.
#4: Wellness & Healthy Lifestyle “Inner Circle” Group
Here, you’ll be part of a small group of people who meet once a month.
Inside, we will do a live interactive call, and each time will cover a different subject of wellness you’re interested in. You get your questions answered live, plus actionable steps for the next month.
Then we meet again the following month, covering another piece of the puzzle.
The idea is to create a rotation between subjects covering your healthy lifestyle from every aspect.
This is followed by a full month to focus on the area action steps.
So that after a year, you’ll upgrade your entire lifestyle and body in every aspect.
