Supplements, when we take them correctly, help your body work better when it’s healthy.
In The Challenge
In this challenge, you’ll use supplements to repair sugar damage. And when your body repairs sugar damage, you’ll see the amazing change happening inside.
We must have them for the challenge. The supplements work in synergy with the nutritional plan to repair sugar damage. It’s difficult for your body to repair the damage without supplements.
Prepare
First, make sure you have them handy for next week.
These include fish oil, multi-vitamin formula, and magnesium from specific brands and formulas.
I cherry-picked these brands and formulas to work with one another and the nutrition.
For example, these supplements differ from most omega 3, multivitamins, or magnesium you might’ve supplemented before.
So you cannot replace them with “similar” products.
Believe me, I’ve tried, experimented, and researched over 20,000 supplements. I have no affiliation with these companies, by the way. And other companies continue to offer me good money to promote theirs.
You can order these brands in any store you want, but it has to be those specific products, ideally freshly bought.
Storage
When you receive them, store them in the fridge (but not the freezer). Do not open the seal until the challenge starts.
