Clean Water

Most of my life, I believed that “water is water”.

Tap, coffee, and even water from soft drinks. It’s all the same.

Then, I discovered that clean water is a different “animal” for our bodies.

Why Clean Water

How clean water helps our bodies to repair sugar damage?

Most drinks contain toxins. Our body needs to use remove those toxins, first, using the water in those drinks. Not very helpful!

It’s only clean water that gives your body the extra help to rejuvenate and heal. Which is exactly what we need to repair sugar damage.

And by drinking clean water at your home or establishing a clean water system, your entire family can benefit 🙂

What is “Clean” water?

It’s not tap water.

Why not? The supplier must put chlorine into the public water to kill bacteria (rightly so!). Chlorine a pure toxin when it gets into your system.

There are other toxins, as well, as us humans polluted our environment. These toxins come back to haunt us back through the water supply.

The good news, you can make your own water at home from tap water by filtrating them.

Coffee and tea served outside aren’t clean. Coffee shops and restaurants use tap water to make them.

During the challenge, you can still drink a in coffee shops. But at home make your coffee from clean water.

It’s just 21 days.

Should I Only Drink Plane Water in the Challenge?

No. You can make coffee, tea, and drink from those clean water.

Your Daily Task

In the challenge, to help our bodies, we need to drink mostly clean water.

And we need to make sure we have access to clean water before the challenge begins.

Your options:

1. Homemade filtration system. Make sure the filter is fresh (according to the manufacturer’s recommendations).
If you consider buying a system, usually the longer it takes to filter, the cleaner the water is going to be. Common sense, isn’t it?
Personally, I’m using British Berkefeld which takes some time to filter. But any solid home filtration will do (as long the filter is fresh).

2. Mobile filtration jug. Brita is such as for example.

3. Purchase mineral or spring water.
This is fine and would work in the challenge. Make sure it clearly states “Mineral” or “Spring” as opposed to “drinking” water. And no “tastes” are added to the bottles.

Start Now With This Simple Habit

The following habit will help prepare you to the challenge. You will do anyway in the challenge.

Every morning, as you wake up, drink 2-3 medium glasses of clean water.

Do it tomorrow morning!
