Pizza Sauce

Benefits & Notes:  This pizza sauce is perfect for the cauliflower pizza. Alternatively, we may suggest recommended commercial pizza sauce in the shopping list.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 4 teaspoons of tomato puree with no sugar in the label’s ingredient list. Tomato puree is out of the challenge but here there is an exception due to low content.
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or mash garlic 1 clove
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
Directions
  1. Place 1-2 teaspoon of coconut oil on a pan and heat
  2. Add the tomato puree (stick to the amount), garlic powder or mash garlic.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water. 
  4. Mix until uniform
  5. Let the mixture cool and pour  on the cauliflower dough from the pizza recipe.
