Spreads on Breads In The GNS Challenge
  • Hazelnut butter (from 100% hazelnut) my favorite. It’s Nutella- like.
  • Macadamia butter  (from 100% Macadamia, no sugar added) – see shopping list, the bottom.
  • Almond butter (from 100% Almonds)
  • Pecan butter
  • Guacamole & raw avocado
  • Tahini – sauce or raw
  • Pesto – homemade or approved brand
  • Mayonnaise – homemade or approved brand
If You Don’t Find the Nut Butters

Check the shopping lists, the approved brands at the bottom. You’ll find healthy nut butters I personally use, delivered worldwide, and are 3 days away from reaching your house.

  • Any crushed nut from the challenge’s foods list (e.g. walnut pieces)
Protein Note
  • The above butters do not count in in the protein portion. But if you add protein food on top (e.g. cheese, eggs – see food list), then take into protein portion account.
