1 heaped tablespoon of whey = 1 protein serving

Ingredients
  • 100% unflavored whey protein concentrate (the only other ingredient on the package: lecithin) – find easily on Amazon or online.
  • Avocado
  • Ice cubes and water
  • Optional: flax seeds or hemp seeds
  • Optional: a tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Optional: your daily fruit serving from the approved fruits (e.g. blueberries).
Directions
  1. Adjust ice cube vs clean water according to your taste (and heat!).
  2. Mix in a blender, pour in a nice glass and drink slowly, enjoy.
