Black Soybean Tortilla

Preparation:  Soaking the black soybeans takes several hours. plus 90 minutes of cooking.
Total: Once you have ready soybeans, it’s 2 minutes to make.

And with our approved tortilla – not the common tortilla. Keep cheese slices small.

Ingredients
  • Approved tortilla from our shopping list. Order online.
  • Black soybeans – search online or in health food stores e.g. “Eden Organic Black Soybeans”. Don’t confuse it with black beans or turtle beans! 
  • Avocado sliced
  • Pizza sauce from our recipes
  • Optional: sliced pieces of low-fat hard cheese (e.g. cheddar).
Directions
  1.  Prepare the black soybeans:
    The preparation is different than black beans. They are much more gentle and you want to keep the skin intact.
    Prepare them right and use can put them in many types of dishes. Here’s how:
    – Soak with salted water for several hours.
    – Then cook with salted for 90 minutes in a stovetop.
