Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 approved tortilla (from the shopping list)
  • Rocket leaves
  • Olives sliced – green/black
  • Sliced onion white/ red
  • Pizza sauce from our recipes (avoid commercial pizza sauce)
  • Low-fat mozzarella
  • half a teaspoon of fresh chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of ground parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven at 200C
  2. Spread the tortilla and smear the pizza sauce.
  3. spread the sliced of olives, onion slices, the chilli, and mozzarella pieces.
  4. sprinkle the parmesan evenly.
  5. Cook at 200C for 5 minutes.
  6. Spread the rocket leaves on top. Enjoy!
