Avocado & Tahini Salad

Ingredients
  • homemade tahini sauce
  • 1  poached/boiled egg
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  • Vegetables too taste:  onion slices, lettuce, olives, mesclun, cherry tomato (handful a day limit).
  • Select dressings: olive oil, lemon.
  • Like any salad, you can add extra olives and avocado to taste. 
Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a salad bowl, add the tahini, toss, and serve. 
  2. Salt to taste
