Guacamole Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe, avocados, peeled, pitted
  • 1 tomato (ripe)
  • (to taste) ½ onion and 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lime or ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Chop and mince the onion and garlic into tiny shreds.
  2. Slice the tomato in half and scoop out the seeds with your hands/teaspoon.
    Chop the tomato into small pieces.
  3. Place the avocado in a bowl and mash it; you can use two forks together or a
    masher for that purpose.
  4. On top of the mashed avocado, add the onion, garlic, tomato pieces. Squeeze the lemon/lime juice on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl gently
  6. Store in the fridge
